You may notice colostrum leaking from your breasts as your body prepares for breastfeeding. Sleep may become challenging due to hormones or nerves, and heartburn or constipation may persist. Prioritise comfort with supportive bras, prenatal massages, and a maternity belt. Watch this video for expert advice on managing symptoms and preparing for the final stretch. Need support? WEEK- 28 of Pregnancy

Intro:
Welcome to week 28 of pregnancy! I’m Dr. Heal, and today we’ll dive into the changes happening inside your body during the twenty-eighth week of pregnancy.

Key Information:
This week, your baby’s immune system continues to develop. Your little one continues to grow in size as they gain more weight and their skin becomes more softer each day. This is also the time their eye starts partially opening as they get closer to experiencing the colourful world outside your womb!
As you get closer to your due date, sleep doesn't come easy due to hormones or nerves. Your breasts may have started producing food for your baby- a yellowish substance called colostrum. This may leak out of your breasts every now and then. Heartburn and constipation may continue, but fiber supplements can help ease the discomfort.

Conclusion:
Stack up on comfortable bras and make sure to get prenatal massages to stay relaxed. Try wearing a maternity support belt if you’re on your feet a lot. If you have questions or need advice, Apollo doctors and our supportive community are always here for you. You’ve got this supermom!
