WEEK- 7 of Pregnancy

Intro:
Welcome to the week 7 of your pregnancy journey! I’m Dr. Heal and today, I’ll guide you through what’s happening in this seventh week with you and your baby!

Key Information:
At 7 weeks, your baby’s brain is making 100 new cells every minute! You’ll also observe tiny arm and leg joints popping out, along with elbows and knees starting to take shape. Their brain is growing faster than the rest of the body, so they have a large forehead. Your little one’s facial features like ears, nostrils, mouth, and even eyelids are becoming more defined!
You might experience nausea, morning sickness, and strong food cravings or aversions this week, thanks to the increasing pregnancy hormones. As your uterus grows, expect more frequent bathroom trips throughout the day. Hormonal changes may also bring acne, mood swings, and occasional cramps. But hang in there- it’s all part of the journey!

Conclusion:
To ease nausea you can try foods having ginger, and Vitamin B6, or use acupressure bands. Light exercise can boost energy, and for acne, stick to gentle skincare. And don’t hesitate to contact our Apollo doctors and community in case you have any doubts or support. You’ve got this, supermom!
