At week 33, your baby’s brain is developing rapidly. Many babies will begin to settle into a head-down position by now. Your baby's skin is becoming soft and less wrinkled as they plump up for birth. So make sure you’re eating a good amount of leafy vegetables, dates, figs, meat, and fish to power up your baby! 
You are probably feeling yourshortness of breath, and the need to pee a lot more often now. Braxton Hick's contractions.  May occur. You need to inculcate deep breathing exercises to reduce stress and rest frequently. If you start feeling sweating and experiencing muscle cramps make sure to get to a shady spot and drink plenty of water.
