Conclusion

Welcome to Week 30 of pregnancy! Your baby now has a head full of hair, their eyes are open, and they may even see dim shapes. As fat accumulates, the soft lanugo hair starts shedding. Meanwhile, you may experience backaches, fatigue, puffiness, and breathlessness as your growing belly takes up more space. Heartburn and frequent urination may also continue. Prioritising comfort with loose clothing, supportive shoes, and rest can help ease discomfort. Watch this video for expert insights and tips. Need guidance? WEEK- 30 of Pregnancy

Intro:
Hi there, Supermom! I’m Dr. Heal, and congratulations on making it to Week 30 of your pregnancy. Today, we will dive into the changes you and your baby will expect in this 30th week of your pregnancy!

Key Information:
By week 30, your baby has a head full of hair and their eyes are now wide open! The baby can open their eyes and may be able to see dim shapes.  And now that your baby has plenty of fat developed in their body, the soft fuzzy hair that covers your baby’s skin- called Lanugo hair - starts shedding. As lanugo disappears, your baby’s growth will slow although you might not necessarily feel it. More hair appears on the head,

As your baby and your belly grow bigger, your back, hip, and feet ache. You might feel fatigue settling in, and a little puffiness may occur which will decrease if you put your feet up and rest for a while. You may feel breathless as your lungs feel more cramped due to the growing stomach. Heartburn and the frequent need to visit the washroom are still present.

Conclusion:
Being comfortable should be your utmost priority. Make sure to wear comfy shoes or crocks, and dress in light cotton t-shirts, sweatpants, and loose kurtas. And If you have questions or need advice, Apollo doctors and our supportive community are always here for you. You’ve got this supermom!
