WEEK-3

Intro:
Hi there, Supermom! I’m Dr. Heal, and welcome to Week 3 of your pregnancy journey. Let me walk you through what’s happening inside your body during the third week of pregnancy.

Key Information:
This week marks the start of a new life as your egg meets the sperm and forms a cell called a zygote! This cell starts traveling down from the fallopian tube to your uterus  and along the way, it keeps dividing into a tiny ball of multiple cells  which settles down in your uterus, bringing your baby to life!

During the third week, you may start to feel a bit nauseous. You’ll also notice your breasts getting more sensitive and slightly bigger, with the nipples getting darker in color as your body starts creating breast milk for your little one. Don’t be alarmed if you notice a bit of blood on your panties! This is called spotting or implantation bleeding, and it can happen for a day or two as an early sign of pregnancy.

As these changes take place, it's important that you take care of yourself- eat nutritious foods, stay hydrated, and get plenty of rest. These simple steps can make a big difference in preparing your body for the journey ahead!

Conclusion:
