WEEK- 11 of Pregnancy

Intro:
Hi there, Supermom! I’m Dr. Heal, and welcome to Week 11 of your pregnancy journey. Let me walk you through what’s happening inside your body during the eleventh week of pregnancy.

Key Information:
At 11 weeks, your baby’s skin is still see-through but starting to thicken. Their fingers and toes are no longer webbed, and their face is taking shape with tooth buds, hair follicles, and nail beds forming. And get this - your baby can even open and close their mouth now! Their brain and genitalia are still developing, and your doctor may now hear a little heartbeat with a Doppler.
You may still feel tired, nauseous, gassy, and experience mood swings frequently. Leg cramps, sore breasts, and vaginal discharge are also common. You’re also likely to notice some physical changes, like growing hair, nails, and stomach.

Conclusion:
Make sure you’re focusing on getting in the calcium necessary for your baby’s bone growth. Take gentle walks to stay active, and avoid heartburn by eating less spicy and smaller meals. Moisturize and hydrate to keep your skin healthy, remember, our supportive community of mothers and doctors is always ready to share tips and advice whenever you need them. You’ve got this supermom!
