Intro:
Congratulations on reaching the third month of pregnancy! Hi, I’m Dr. Heal, and today, we’re going to talk about what’s happening to you and your baby during this stage.

Key Information:
Your baby is going through some exciting changes this month! Their facial features are becoming much clearer now. The eyes, which were previously on the sides of their head, are moving closer together. You can also start to see the nose, mouth, and ears forming more distinctly making them look more like a little person every day! All your baby’s important organs, like the heart, digestive, and urinary systems, are up and running, and your baby is drinking and peeing a special liquid called amniotic fluid which helps them practice using their digestive system!

As your baby grows, your body is also making adjustments. Morning sickness might start to ease up, but you could still feel tired or experience some mood swings. Your clothes feel a bit tighter as your uterus grows and your breasts keep getting larger. You might be getting out of breath more easily or breathing a bit faster than usual.

Conclusion:
Eating a balanced diet will support both your baby’s growth and your energy levels. Light exercise can help with breathlessness. It’s important to focus on taking care of yourself.
