Conclusion

Congratulations on beginning this beautiful journey of motherhood! In Month 1 of pregnancy, your body adjusts to new hormonal changes. While you may not notice much initially, early signs like fatigue, bloating, breast tenderness, or morning sickness might appear. Your baby is still a tiny cluster of cells settling into your uterus. Prioritising rest, eating well, and staying hydrated can ease early symptoms. Watch this video to understand key developments and expert tips for a smooth start. Need support? Developments In Month 1: Your Baby’s Big Start!

Intro: Congratulations, your little bundle of joy is finally here! Hello, I’m Dr Heal! Today we’re going to talk about your baby’s development during their first month.

Key information- In this first month, your baby weighs between 3.4 and 5.7 kg, showing some amazing growth already! You'll see them try to lift their tiny heads while lying on their stomach. This is called tummy time, which helps your baby strengthen the muscles  they need to sit up, crawl, or roll over. To start, you can gently place your baby on your stomach or your chest and encourage them to lift their head gently. Try to include tummy time for 3-5 minutes daily while always keeping a close eye to make sure they don’t slip or get hurt!
Your baby loves looking at your face because it helps them understand how facial expressions work. Keep talking to them, singing to them, or reading to them. This helps build memory, focus, and early communication skills while strengthening your bond!

Conclusion-  Always remember that you're not alone- You can connect with an Apollo doctor online or post your doubts and concerns on our community page. You've got this, Supermom!
