Hello! So talking about the diet and lifestyle being the factors among the Garbha upaghatakara bhavas affecting the pregnancy either by leading to pregnancy loss or
affecting the maternal health that is by causing certain diseases to the mother or by even affecting the fetal health in terms of congenital anomalies or a long-term effect in the child. So the diet per se has been advised to be always easy to digest which is not fermented, which is not reheated or recooked several times or the stale food or not the frozen diet.
