  • Shirashoola (Headache): It is a well-known fact that most women start developing headaches during their recent pregnancies, which range between mild and extremely severe. Ayurveda principles point to vata imbalance as the main cause of this issue. These headaches are often the result of changes in hormones along with fatigue or soreness of the body.
