About Zepdon 400mg Tablet

Zepdon 400mg Tablet belongs to the group of medicines called antiretroviral agents used to treat HIV infection. HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is a virus that attacks the immune system and destroys the white blood cells that help in fighting infection, making the individual susceptible to other infections or illnesses.

Zepdon 400mg Tablet contains 'Raltegravir' which is a human immunodeficiency virus integrase strand transfer inhibitor (HIV-1 INSTI). It works by inhibiting the replication of HIV by blocking DNA integration into new cells. Thus, Zepdon 400mg Tablet is effective in controlling the HIV from multiplying and is used in the treatment of HIV.

Take Zepdon 400mg Tablet in the dose and duration prescribed by the doctor. Zepdon 400mg Tablet may cause certain side effects such as nausea, tiredness, insomnia, headache and dizziness. Directions for Use

Tablet: Swallow it as a whole with water. Do not crush or chew the tablet.Chewable tablet: Chew the tablet completely before swallowing.Suspension: Take the prescribed dose by mouth using the measuring cup provided by the pack.
