Zapdic 50 mg/325 mg/2 mg Tablet is used to treat spasticity (muscle stiffness and spasms) associated with pain. It contains Diclofenac, Paracetamol and Tizanidine. Diclofenac and Paracetamol block prostaglandins (PGs), which cause pain and swelling. Tizanidine works on the centres of the spinal cord and brain. This helps relieve muscle stiffness and improves muscle movements. As a result, it helps to reduce muscle stiffness, spasms, and pain. In addition, paracetamol lowers the high temperature by affecting the chemical messengers in an area of the brain that regulates body temperature.
