You should take Onimar 400 Tablet without food, mostly on an empty stomach. It should be swallowed whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, bite, or break it. In some cases, you may experience nausea, vomiting, restlessness, tremors, headache, muscle cramps, and increased heart rate.
