Ketanov DT 10 Tablet contains 'ketorolac tromethamine', which works by inhibiting the synthesis of certain chemical messengers in the body, such as prostaglandins, which are responsible for causing pain and inflammation. Thereby, Ketanov DT 10 Tablet helps provide relief from pain.
 
In some cases, you may experience common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhoea, constipation, gas, and dizziness. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

Take Ketanov DT 10 Tablet only as prescribed by the physician. Please make sure not to take more than the recommended dose as it could lead to an overdose. Symptoms of overdose may include lethargy, drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, and epigastric pain. Gastrointestinal bleeding may also occur, and in rare cases, high blood pressure, acute kidney failure, respiratory depression, and coma may occur. If you experience these symptoms or suspect you have taken an overdose, seek immediate medical attention.

Do not take Ketanov DT 10 Tablet if you are allergic to any of its contents; if you have/had asthma, severe heart problems, stomach ulcer or perforation, bleeding problems such as bleeding from the stomach, intestine or brain, bypass surgery, heart attack, blood circulation problems, or inflammation of intestines. Ketanov DT 10 Tablet can increase your risk of a fatal heart attack or stroke. So, if you have had any recent heart surgery, do not take Ketanov DT 10 Tablet . Inform your doctor if you have or had high blood pressure, heart problems, high cholesterol, diabetes, asthma, liver and kidney problems. Avoid taking Ketanov DT 10 Tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Ketanov DT 10 Tablet may cause dizziness, so drive only if you are alert. Ketanov DT 10 Tablet is not recommended for children as safety and effectiveness have not been established. Stop taking Ketanov DT 10 Tablet and consult your doctor immediately if you have stomach pain or any signs of bleeding in the intestine or stomach, such as blood in stools. Do not take any other NSAIDs for pain relief along with Ketanov DT 10 Tablet unless prescribed.
