Gride-MS 1 Tablet 10's is an antidiabetic medicine used to treat type II diabetes. Type II Diabetes Mellitus is a serious condition wherein the body doesn’t use insulin effectively, which causes unusual blood glucose levels.

Gride-MS 1 Tablet 10's contains Metformin (biguanides), which works by reducing the sugar production by cells in the liver and delays sugar absorption from the intestine; Sitagliptin (dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor), which works by increasing the amounts of certain natural substances that lower blood sugar when it is high and Glimepiride (sulfonylureas) works by stimulating beta cells in the pancreas that produce insulin. Thus, insulin helps to remove sugar from the blood.

Gride-MS 1 Tablet 10's may cause certain side effects, such as vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain, headache, frequent urination, and allergic reactions. If these side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor. Gride-MS 1 Tablet 10's should be taken as prescribed by your doctor.

Gride-MS 1 Tablet 10's is not recommended for use in patients with severe liver or kidney disease. It is unknown whether Gride-MS 1 Tablet 10's can be given to pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers. Hence, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is not recommended for use in children below 18 years of age. Avoid drinking alcohol while on Gride-MS 1 Tablet 10's as it increases the risk of hypoglycemia and lactic acidosis (when the lactic acid increases in the body, which impacts the functioning of various organs in the body).
