Sugaray GM 50/1/1000 Tablet is an antidiabetic medicine used to treat type II diabetes. Type II Diabetes Mellitus is a serious condition wherein the body doesn’t use insulin effectively, which causes unusual blood glucose levels.

Sugaray GM 50/1/1000 Tablet contains Metformin (biguanides), which works by reducing the sugar production by cells in the liver and delays sugar absorption from the intestine; Sitagliptin (dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor), which works by increasing the amounts of certain natural substances that lower blood sugar when it is high and Glimepiride (sulfonylureas) works by stimulating beta cells in the pancreas that produce insulin. Thus, insulin helps to remove sugar from the blood.

Sugaray GM 50/1/1000 Tablet may cause certain side effects, such as vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain, headache, frequent urination, and allergic reactions. If these side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor. Sugaray GM 50/1/1000 Tablet should be taken as prescribed by your doctor.

Sugaray GM 50/1/1000 Tablet  is a combination of three drugs: Sitagliptin, Metformin and Glimepiride. Sugaray GM 50/1/1000 Tablet belongs to the group of anti-diabetic medicines used to treat type-2 diabetes mellitus adjunct to diet and exercise. It removes excess sugar from the body via urine, increases the amounts of certain natural substances that lower blood sugar when it is high, reduces sugar production by cells in the liver and delays sugar absorption from the intestines. 

Sugaray GM 50/1/1000 Tablet should be avoided if you are allergic to any of the medicines or the components in it. Before starting the treatment, inform your doctor about your medical history and the medications you take, including herbs and supplements. This can help prevent unwanted effects. Sugaray GM 50/1/1000 Tablet is not recommended for use in patients with severe liver or kidney disease. It is unknown whether Sugaray GM 50/1/1000 Tablet can be given to pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers. Hence, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is not recommended for use in children below 18 years of age. Avoid drinking alcohol while on Sugaray GM 50/1/1000 Tablet  as it increases the risk of hypoglycemia and lactic acidosis (when the lactic acid increases in the body, which impacts the functioning of various organs in the body).
