Cytalon 500 Injection 5 ml contains Cytarabine, which belongs to the class of antimetabolites. It works by inhibiting the DNA polymerase enzyme responsible for DNA elongation, synthesis, and repair. Cytalon 500 Injection 5 ml may cause certain side effects such as vomiting, nausea, mouth ulcers, loss of appetite, diarrhea, dark-coloured urine, stomach pain, hair loss, dizziness, weakness, and pain at the site of injection, prescribed by your doctor. Most of these side effects of Cytalon 500 Injection 5 ml do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please seek medical help.
