About Cipanec 50mg/300mg/300mg Tablet

Cipanec 50mg/300mg/300mg Tablet belongs to a group of antiretroviral medicines indicated for the treatment of HIV-1 infection in adults and children weighing at least 35kgs. HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is a virus that attacks the immune system and destroys the white blood cells that help in fighting infection, making the individual susceptible to other infections or illnesses.

Cipanec 50mg/300mg/300mg Tablet contains Dolutegravir (integrase inhibitor), Lamivudine (nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor), and Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor). Dolutegravir increases the immune cells that help fight infections in the body and decreases the amount of HIV in the blood. Lamivudine and Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate work by interfering with the working of nucleotide and nucleoside reverse transcriptase enzymes which are necessary for the reproduction of the virus. Together, Cipanec 50mg/300mg/300mg Tablet helps in treating HIV infection.

You are advised to take Cipanec 50mg/300mg/300mg Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition.
