Drug Warnings
Do not take TEGAFUR+GIMERACIL+OTERACIL if you are allergic to any of its components, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have a history of severe and unexpected reactions to fluoropyrimidine therapy, known dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase (DPD) deficiency, severe bone marrow suppression, or end-stage renal disease requiring dialysis. Inform the doctor if you have bone marrow suppression, diarrhoea, dehydration, kidney or liver problems, or eye toxicity.
