About Reminal Tablet
Reminal Tablet is used to treat nutritional deficiencies. It effectively treats various conditions caused by a lack of vitamins, such as folate, vitamin B6, and B12 deficiencies, anaemia, diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage due to diabetes), and peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage in the hands and feet). Nutritional deficiency occurs when the body is unable to absorb or get enough nutrients from food.
Reminal Tablet contains Benfotiamine, Folic acid, Pyridoxine, and Mecobalamin. Benfotiamine, a synthetic form of Vitamin B1 or Thiamine, helps deliver essential nutrients to the nerves. Folic acid is the synthetic form of folate (water-soluble Vitamin B). It helps in forming red blood cells and prevents DNA changes that may lead to cancer. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is a water-soluble vitamin that is involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism and the formation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. Mecobalamin (Methylcobalamin), a form of vitamin B12, regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood cell formation, and protein synthesis.
Your doctor will decide the dosage based on your medical condition. Sometimes, Reminal Tablet may cause common side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, skin rash, and headache. These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. Talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
Let your doctor know if you use any other medications, including vitamins, before starting Reminal Tablet . Please tell your doctor if you are allergic to Reminal Tablet or its components. It is essential to let your doctor know if you are pregnant, planning to conceive or a breastfeeding mother. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Reminal Tablet to ensure maximum absorption of nutrients. Reminal Tablet should be used in children only with the doctor's advice.
Uses of Reminal Tablet
Medicinal Benefits
Reminal Tablet is used to treat nutritional deficiencies. It contains Benfotiamine, Folic acid, Pyridoxine, and Mecobalamin. Benfotiamine, a synthetic form of Vitamin B1 or Thiamine, helps deliver essential nutrients to the nerves. It improves mental health symptoms in people addicted to alcoholism and pain caused by diabetic neuropathy. Folic acid helps in the formation of red blood cells and prevents DNA changes that may lead to cancer. It prevents and treats low blood levels of folate (folate deficiency) and high blood levels of an amino acid called homocysteine (hyperhomocysteinemia). Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) treats and prevents vitamin B6 deficiency, anaemia, peripheral neuropathy, and seizures (fits). It is involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism and the creation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. Mecobalamin regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood cell formation, and protein synthesis.
