Calcimax D Suspension is used to treat calcium and vitamin D deficiency. A nutritional deficiency occurs when the body does not absorb/get enough nutrients from food. Calcimax D Suspension may be used in the management of hypocalcaemia in patients undergoing dialysis, post-menopausal osteoporosis, low calcium levels in hypoparathyroidism, osteomalacia, osteoporosis in males, renal tubular osteocalcaemia, vitamin D dependant rickets, hypocalcaemia and hypomagnesaemia.
Calcimax D Suspension is a combination of four supplements: Elemental Calcium, Vitamin D, Elemental Magnesium, and Elemental Zinc. Elemental Calcium makes the bones stronger by increasing their density. It helps in treating and preventing low calcium levels. Vitamin D helps in the absorption of calcium.
