Translol XL AM Tablet contains Amlodipine and Metoprolol. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker, while Metoprolol belongs to a group of medicines called beta-blockers. Metoprolol relaxes blood vessels by blocking the action of certain natural substances in your body. On the other hand, Amlodipine widens and relaxes the blood vessels, making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body.
