Thiomark-F Tablet 10's belongs to a group of medicines called pain killers/analgesic used in the treatment of muscle spasms, menstrual cramps, headache due to stress and tensions, pain due to cancer chemotherapy, pain due to injuries and postoperative (after operation) pain. Pain is a symptom triggered by the nervous system, causing uncomfortable sensations in the body. Muscle spasm is the sudden involuntary contractions of the muscle, which can be painful and uncomfortable.

Thiomark-F Tablet 10's contains two medicines: Flupirtine (painkiller) and Thiocolchicoside (muscle relaxant). Flupirtine is a painkiller/ non-opioid analgesic. It reduces the awareness of pain by blocking the transmission of pain signs to the brain. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant that works on the centers of the spinal cord and brain. This helps relieve muscle stiffness and improves muscle movements, thereby helping relieve pain due to muscle spasms. This Thiomark-F Tablet 10's is thus better efficient in relieving pain and relax muscles.

Take Thiomark-F Tablet 10's as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Thiomark-F Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you depending on your medical conditions. You may experience nausea, drowsiness, dizziness, sleep disturbance, dryness in the mouth, stomach fullness, itching and tremor (shaking of the hands and feet). Most of these side effects of Thiomark-F Tablet 10's do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Thiomark-F Tablet 10's should not be taken if you are known to be allergic to Thiomark-F Tablet 10's or any other medicines. Thiomark-F Tablet 10's should not be taken in the conditions like kidney disease and muscle weakness. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please inform your doctor before starting Thiomark-F Tablet 10's. Thiomark-F Tablet 10's should not be used in children below 18 years of age as safety and efficacy have not established. Thiomark-F Tablet 10's may cause drowsiness and dizziness it is advisable to you do not drive unless you are alert.

Do not take Thiomark-F Tablet 10's if you are allergic to Thiomark-F Tablet 10's or other pain killers. Thiomark-F Tablet 10's should not be taken in the conditions like kidney disease, liver disease or heart disease. Inform your doctor before taking Thiomark-F Tablet 10's if you have or had bleeding, asthma, edema (swelling in hands and feet), skin rashes and blood disorder. • Follow heat or cold therapy, apply a cold or hot compress on the affected area for 15-20minutes regularly.
• De-stress yourself by meditating, reading books, taking a warm bubble bath or listen to soothing music.
• Acupuncture, massage and physical therapy may also be helpful.
• Eat food rich in antioxidants such as berries, spinach, kidney beans, dark chocolate, etc.
• Foods containing flavonoids help in reducing inflammation. These include soy, berries, broccoli, grapes and green tea.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
