Drug Warnings
Before taking the Tagrisso 80Mg Tablet , inform your doctor about all your medical conditions, sensitivities, and medications you are using. Exposure of an unborn child to this medication could cause birth defects, so you should not become pregnant or father a child while on this medication. Effective birth control is required throughout treatment and at least six weeks after treatment for women and four months after treatment for males. You should not breastfeed while taking this medication for two weeks after your last dose. Unless the doctor suggests, do not use any other medicine, including herbal or vitamin supplements. In rare cases, Tagrisso 80Mg Tablet therapy may lead to Interstitial lung disease (ILD)/Pneumonitis. Dyspnea, cough, and fever are the symptoms which may be indicative of ILD. If these symptoms worsen, contact your doctor right away. If ILD is confirmed, your doctor will discontinue the Tagrisso 80Mg Tablet therapy.

This medicine may reduce the quantity of platelets in your blood significantly. Platelets are cells that aid in the clotting of blood. If your platelet count is low, you may bruise or bleed easily. Inform your doctor if you experience any unexplained bruises or bleeding. You may require a drip to receive more platelets. This is referred to as a platelet transfusion.
