Tadyog-Plus Tablet is a combination drug containing 'impotent agents', primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) and premature ejaculation in men. Erectile dysfunction is the inability to keep a hard and erect penis suitable for sexual activity. Premature ejaculation is a very common sexual complaint. It is a problem in which a man ejaculates sooner than his partner during sexual intercourse.
Tadyog-Plus Tablet contains Tadalafil and Dapoxetine. Tadalafil works by inhibiting the phosphodiesterase enzyme, which leads to the breakdown of cGMP and causes relaxation of smooth muscles and vasodilation (widening) of blood vessels in the penis. Thereby, it helps to treat erectile dysfunction and symptoms of an enlarged prostate. Dapoxetine works by increasing the serotonin level in nerves, which improves control over ejaculation and hence increases the time taken to ejaculate.
Take Tadyog-Plus Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Tadyog-Plus Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending upon your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience nausea, dizziness, vomiting, dryness in the mouth, indigestion, nosebleeds, headache, and flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk). Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
Do not take Tadyog-Plus Tablet if you take nitrates (used to treat angina), riociguat (used to treat pulmonary hypertension), or alpha-blockers if you have heart problems or stroke, low or uncontrolled high blood pressure. Tadyog-Plus Tablet is not intended for use in women. Tadyog-Plus Tablet may cause dizziness, so drive with caution. Avoid consuming alcohol as it might cause increased dizziness. Tadyog-Plus Tablet should not be given to children as safety and effectiveness have not been established. Keep your doctor informed about your health condition and the medicines you are taking to avoid unpleasant side effects. Do not take Tadyog-Plus Tablet if you have taken MAO inhibitor (a medication for depression) in the last 14 days.
