Do not use Synacthene 250mg Injection if you are allergic to any of its components, if you have asthma, serious mood or mental health disorders, tuberculosis, infections, hormone problems (Cushing’s syndrome or Addison’s disease), stomach or small intestinal ulcer, serious heart disease, primary adrenocortical insufficiency or adrenocongenital syndrome (a condition that limits hormone production in the adrenal glands).
