Sevista 60 mg Tablet is used to prevent unintended pregnancy. It is a non-hormonal and non-steroidal contraceptive with very few side effects. Unintended pregnancy is a pregnancy that occurred either unwanted when no children or no more children were desired. Also, pregnancy is mistimed, such as the pregnancy occurring earlier than desired.

Sevista 60 mg Tablet contains 'Ormeloxifene', which prevents implantation on the wall of the uterus. Sevista 60 mg Tablet may also change the lining of the uterus to prevent the development of a pregnancy. Sevista 60 mg Tablet does not have any effect if you are already pregnant; hence, it does not cause abortion.

Take Sevista 60 mg Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. Your doctor will recommend how often you take Sevista 60 mg Tablet based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience irregular or delayed periods. Most of these side effects of Sevista 60 mg Tablet subside with time. • Try to include heart-healthy omega-three fatty acid-containing food drinks in your daily diet. You can also use low-fat cooking oil like olive oil, soybean oil, canola oil and coconut oil to lower your elevated blood pressure.

• Consult your doctor if your periods are delayed by more than 7/10 days for a pregnancy test.
