RND Phyllin-T Tablet is a combination medicine indicated for the treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). It may also be used to treat asthma and chronic bronchitis. COPD is a group of lung diseases that blocks airflow and causes breathing-related problems.

RND Phyllin-T Tablet contains Terbutaline and Doxofylline, which work by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widening the airways. This makes breathing easier.

Sometimes, RND Phyllin-T Tablet may cause side effects like headache, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhoea. These side effects may not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. However, consult the doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

Do not take RND Phyllin-T Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. Inform the doctor if you have/had peptic ulcers, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, thyroid problems, seizures, infections, liver or kidney problems. Consult the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Let the doctor know if you take other medicines, including supplements and herbal products.

• Eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly to strengthen your breathing muscles and boost your immune system.
• Avoid cabbage, beans, garlic, onions, shrimp, pickled food, dried fruits, fried foods, carbonated drinks, wine, and bottled lemon and lime juice as it may worsen symptoms.
• Do meditation, deep breathing, regular exercise, and try progressive muscle relaxation techniques to relieve stress and reduce the risk of an attack.
• Quit smoking as it may reduce the effectiveness of the medicine and irritate the lungs. It may also worsen breathing problems.
• Learning breathing exercises like pursed-lip breathing as it helps provide relief from breathing problems.
