Do not take Zyline TR 5mg/400mg Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. Inform the doctor if you have/had peptic ulcers, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, thyroid problems, seizures, infections, liver or kidney problems. Consult the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Let the doctor know if you take other medicines, including supplements and herbal products.
