Oreflox RA Oral Suspension is indicated in the treatment of diarrhoea in children. Diarrhoea occurs when there is a frequent need to empty the bowels, which is characterized by loose and watery stools.
Oreflox RA Oral Suspension contains Ofloxacin and Racecadotril. Ofloxacin prevents the growth of bacteria, and Racecadotril reduces the hypersecretion of water into the intestines. Together, Oreflox RA Oral Suspension helps treat diarrhoea.
In some cases, Oreflox RA Oral Suspension may cause side effects such as headache, sleepiness, fatigue, and dry mouth. Most of these side effects may not require medical attention and may be resolved over time. However, you are advised to talk to the doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
Let the doctor know if your child is allergic to any of the components in Oreflox RA Oral Suspension. Keep the doctor informed about your child’s health condition and medications to rule out any side effects/interactions.
