Do not take OP-Kluch Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. Inform the doctor if you have/had low magnesium levels in the blood or electrolyte imbalance, low bone mineral density or bone problems, lupus, stomach or intestinal blockage, heart, kidney, or liver problems. Consult the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Let the doctor know if you are taking any other medicines, including herbal products and supplements.
Drug-Drug Interactions: Inform the doctor if you are taking anti-depressants (duloxetine, escitalopram), diuretics (furosemide), lipid-lowering agents (atorvastatin), blood thinners (clopidogrel), or hormone (levothyroxine).
