Drug-Drug Interaction: Mist-AZ Metered Dose Nasal Spray may interact with antidepressants (duloxetine, escitalopram), anticonvulsants (pregabalin), HIV/AIDS drug (ritonavir), antifungals (ketoconazole, fluconazole, itraconazole) and anti-allergy drugs (cetirizine).

Drug-Food Interaction: Mist-AZ Metered Dose Nasal Spray may interact with grapefruit juice. Therefore, avoid intake of grapefruit juice with Mist-AZ Metered Dose Nasal Spray as it may lead to adrenal insufficiency and Cushing’s syndrome.
