Leugard 22.5 mg Depot Injection contains Leuprorelin, a synthetic hormone that works similarly to the natural hormone, gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), by acting on the pituitary gland and decreasing the levels of testosterone in men and estrogen in women.
