Klinear AF 0.3% Eye/Ear Drops 5 ml contains Fluconazole, which kills the fungus/yeast and prevents its growth by inhibiting the fungal cell membrane formation. Thus, it treats fungal infections.

Klinear AF 0.3% Eye/Ear Drops 5 ml should be used as your doctor has advised. It is an external preparation intended for use in the eyes and ears. Sometimes, you may experience common side effects, such as eye/ear burning sensation, ear pain, irritation during administration, and blurred vision. Most of these side effects of Klinear AF 0.3% Eye/Ear Drops 5 ml do not require medical attention and gradually subside over time. However, if the side effects persist, contact your doctor.

Klinear AF 0.3% Eye/Ear Drops 5 ml contains benzalkonium as a preservative, so it may cause eye irritation, especially if you have dry eyes or disorders of the cornea (the transparent layer at the front of the eye). After using this medicine, please inform your doctor if you feel stinging or pain in the eye or have abnormal eye sensations. Eye drops: Apply Klinear AF 0.3% Eye/Ear Drops 5 ml to the affected eye/eyes. Wash your hands thoroughly with water before and after use. Tilt your head backwards and pull down the lower eyelid to create a small sac. Squeeze the prescribed amount of dose into the sac using the dropper. Close your eyes for about 2 to 3 minutes. Wipe any excess liquid with a tissue. Do not wipe or rinse the tip of the dropper after use. Place the dropper back on the bottle and tighten the cap.

Ear drops: Instil 2-3 drops into the ear canal; do not touch the tip of the dropper. Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor if you are not sure.

Do not use Klinear AF 0.3% Eye/Ear Drops 5 ml if you are allergic to any of the components present in Klinear AF 0.3% Eye/Ear Drops 5 ml. Before using Klinear AF 0.3% Eye/Ear Drops 5 ml, inform your doctor if you have vision problems, severe eye pain, glaucoma (high blood pressure), eye damage, eye surgery, hearing problems (cytotoxicity), or a perforated eardrum and chronic otitis media. Notify the doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding. Contact your doctor if the infection symptoms persist or worsen after two weeks of treatment.

Eye infections:

• Avoid consuming foods that you are allergic to,, as this can cause the body to produce excessive mucus, which can result in inflammation.
• Avoid getting shampoo, soap, and water in the ear because they can cause itching.
• Poking or scratching the ear can cause damage to the ear canal, resulting in inflammation.
• Quit or limit the intake of caffeine and alcohol.
