Jpzole DM 10mg/30mg Capsule belongs to a class of drugs called 'antacids' used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcers, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) occurs when stomach acid frequently flows back into the food pipe (oesophagus). Peptic ulcers are sores that develop on the inner lining of the intestine and stomach. Zollinger-Ellison syndrome is characterized by the formation of tumours in the upper part of the small intestine, which leads to excess acid production.

Jpzole DM 10mg/30mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines, namely: 'Domperidone' and 'Lansoprazole'. Domperidone increases food movement in the stomach, which helps avoid the problems related to indigestion, bloating, and fullness. This medicine also restricts the action of a chemical that is responsible for the feeling of vomiting and nausea. On the other side, Lansoprazole works by blocking the action of proton pumps that are involved in producing stomach acid. Thereby, Jpzole DM 10mg/30mg Capsule reduces the amount of acid produced by the stomach and prevents excess acid from flowing back into the food pipe. Thus, both medicines in combination provide relief from heartburn symptoms related to acid reflux.

Take Jpzole DM 10mg/30mg Capsule as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Jpzole DM 10mg/30mg Capsule for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. You may experience diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, stomach pain, or constipation in some cases. Most of these side effects of Jpzole DM 10mg/30mg Capsule do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

This medicine provides relief in heartburn and reduces the risk associated with acid's damage to the stomach and food pipe. It also reduces the risk of cancer of food pipe, a taste of acid in the mouth, chest pain, and teeth damage. Domperidone helps to increase the movement of the bowel in the intestine. It also treats vomiting and nausea caused by the usage of other medications. While Lansoprazole helps reduce frequent heartburn that happens for 2 or more days.
