About Hyocimax 10mg Suppository

Hyocimax 10mg Suppository is used for the symptomatic relief of spasms of smooth muscles of the genito-urinary and gastrointestinal tract. Additionally, it is used to treat irritable bowel syndrome. A smooth muscle spasm is the sudden involuntary contractions of the smooth muscle, which can be painful and uncomfortable.

Hyocimax 10mg Suppository contains ‘Hyoscine butylbromide’ that stops muscle contractions by relaxing the muscles in the stomach, intestine, and bladder. Thereby providing relief from cramps, discomfort, and pain.

In some cases, Hyocimax 10mg Suppository may cause side effects such as constipation, headache and fast heart rate. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Hyocimax 10mg Suppository is generally not recommended in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Hence, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, likely to get pregnant, or breastfeeding before taking this medicine. Hyocimax 10mg Suppository is an anti-spasmodic agent, which is a class of medication used to treat spasms in the smooth muscles of the genito-urinary and gastrointestinal tract. It is also used to treat irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Hyocimax 10mg Suppository reduces muscle contractions by relaxing the muscles in the stomach, intestine, and bladder. As a result, cramps, discomfort, and pain are relieved.

Directions for Use

Check the label for directions before use. Lie down on your left side and raise your right knee to the chest. Remove the wrapper and insert the pointed end of the suppository into the rectum. Wash your hands thoroughly after use.
