Drug-Drug Interaction: This medicine may have an interaction with antiparkinson’s medicine (selegiline, rasagiline, apomorphine), a medicine used in cough (dextromethorphan), antiallergic (phenylephrine, pseudoephedrine), medicine for the fit disorder (phenobarbital), medicine for enlarged prostate gland (a gland between the bladder and penis) (alfuzosin), medicine for heart disease (amiodarone), antibiotic (clarithromycin), antacid (omeprazole).

Drug-Food Interaction: Dyril Plus 100 mg/300 mg Tablet interacts with foods with high tyramine. Avoid drinking alcohol as it may lead to an unpleasant reaction with symptoms like stomach pain, vomiting, nausea, flushing, headache or redness of the face.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Dyril Plus 100 mg/300 mg Tablet may interact in patients with liver disease and gastrointestinal disease.

• Do not drink or eat a lot of caffeine-containing products such as coffee, tea, energy drinks, cola or chocolate. Dyril Plus 100 mg/300 mg Tablet may increase nervousness, sleeplessness and anxiety caused by caffeine.
• Probiotics should be taken after taking the full course of Dyril Plus 100 mg/300 mg Tablet in order to restore some healthy bacteria in the intestines that may have been killed. Taking probiotics after antibiotic treatment can reduce the risk of antibiotic-associated diarrhea. Certain fermented foods like yogurt, cheese, sauerkraut, kombucha and kimchi can help restore the intestine's good bacteria. 
• Include more fiber-enriched food in your diet, as it can be easily digested by your gut bacteria, which helps stimulate their growth. Thus, fiber-rich foods may help restore healthy gut bacteria after a course of antibiotics. Whole grains like whole-grain bread, brown rice should be included in your diet. Make sure you drink plenty of water or other fluids every day while you are taking Dyril Plus 100 mg/300 mg Tablet.
• Avoid intake of alcoholic beverages with Dyril Plus 100 mg/300 mg Tablet as it can make you dehydrated and may affect your sleep. This can make it harder for your body to aid the Dyril Plus 100 mg/300 mg Tablet in fighting off infections.

You should consult a doctor if you have symptoms associated with dehydration like dry mouth, excessive thirst, wrinkled skin, little or no urination, dizziness and lightheadedness.
