About Carcidox 200Mg Capsule

It is a second-generation nucleotide analogue prodrug used as a cytostatic agent in chemotherapy, especially for stomach, colon, rectum, breast, uterine, cervix and bladder cancer.

Carcidox 200Mg Capsule contains doxifluridine, which is used to improve the selectivity and efficacy of cancer therapy by targeting certain abnormal markers overexpressed by cancer cells but not found in normal tissues.

To treat your condition effectively, continue using Carcidox 200Mg Capsule for as long as your doctor has prescribed it. The most frequently observed side effects are rash, eczema, hives, diarrhoea, and appetite loss. Speak with your pharmacist or doctor if you experience any of these symptoms.

Before taking Carcidox 200Mg Capsule, inform your doctor about all your allergic or hypersensitivity reactions to medicines or food. Chemotherapy may cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman. It is critical not to become pregnant or get pregnant while undergoing therapy and for several months after the treatment.
