The common side effects of Biplatt A 75 mg Capsule include abdominal pain, indigestion, diarrhoea, easy bruising, and nosebleeds. You should avoid taking Biplatt A 75 mg Capsule if you are allergic to Biplatt A 75 mg Capsule .
