Nevilast 40 mg Tablet is used to treat HIV infection. It works by inhibiting the reverse transcriptase enzyme which is required for viral reproduction. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as headache, difficulty sleeping, nausea, diarrhoea, dry mouth, fever, and peripheral neuropathy (tingling and numbness of feet and hands).
