Isonit Plus Tablet 10's is used to treat heart failure. It contains Isosorbide dinitrate and Hydralazine, which relaxes the heart's muscles and widens the heart's veins and arteries for easy flow of blood to every part of the body. Thus, it helps lower raised blood pressure and treat heart failure. It may cause side effects like headache, nausea, dizziness, and lightheadedness (feeling faint).
