• Start by tearing the bag from the top to access the pad inside.
• Gently remove the paper from the back of the pad, revealing its adhesive side.
• Stick the pad onto your panty and press firmly to secure it in place.
• Take off the paper from the Wings flaps located on either side of the pad.
• Fold these wings flaps around the panty and press again to ensure a snug fit.
• After usage, roll up the pad, insert it into one of the provided disposal bags and dispose of it in a dustbin.
