• Move each pair of red and white beads to either end of the Carefree extra large sanitary pads belt.
• Step in between the two white beads.
• Place the belt around your waist. Adjust the two white beads so that the belt fits you comfortably.
• Loop one end of the tab end twice between the end of the belt and the red bead. Push the red bead down tight against the pad.
• Repeat the same on the other side for a snug and comfortable fit.
