It is also a source of 14 important nutrients including vitamins and minerals. Vitamin A, C, D, and Zinc help support normal immune system function. This baby cereal is rich in protein and packed with the goodness of cereal, milk, and fruits. • Ensure all utensils are clean before preparation.
• Measure out 120 ml of lukewarm water.
• Gradually mix in 6 level scoops (approximately 50 g) of the cereal.
• Stir until the mixture has a smooth consistency.
• Check the temperature, then serve immediately. Remember, the cereal should be consumed within half an hour of preparation to maintain its nutritional value.
• CERELAC Stage 5 is recommended for two feeds per day.
