Directions for Use

  • For stomach troubles such as indigestion, constipation, flatulence, loud eructation and bilious retching, take 8-10 drops mixed with ½ cup regular or lukewarm water.
  • For headache, gently rub 6-8 drops on the forehead. Repeat after 2 hours if required.
  • For loose motions or dysentery, take 8-10 drops with 1 teaspoon of butter/ghee/olive oil or with 2 teaspoons of curd/yoghurt 3 times in 1 day with a gap of 2-3 hours each. Repeat the next day if required. Diet with barley water/ganji/sabudana.
  • For throat troubles such as tonsillitis, hard breathing and difficulty in swallowing, add 12 -15 drops in 2-3 glasses of boiling water and inhale vapour through the mouth 3 times a day. Also paint the inside of the throat with a swab dipped in Zinda Tilismath Unani Medicine for effective relief. Repeat if required.
  • For toothache, apply cotton swab soaked in Zinda Tilismath Unani Medicine to the affected part of the gum. Repeat every two hours till pain subsides.
