Turminice Tablet is a nutritional supplement that is useful in treating bone and joint-related disorders. It is composed of Curcumin, Boswellic acid, and Piperine. These compounds help relieve joint pain and provide strength to the bones and joints. It also reduces oxidative stress and prevents inflammation of joints. This medicine supports overall bone and joint health, improves joint mobility, and reduces inflammation. 

• Curcumin, extracted from turmeric or Curcuma longa, has potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It decreases the activity of inflammation-causing substances in the body and lowers the risk of diseases. It also helps improve symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
• Boswellic acid decreases the synthesis of inflammation-causing mediators, thereby reducing joint pain, inflammation, and stiffness, further improving physical function.
• Piperine is an antioxidant that is extracted from black pepper. It has anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic properties. Piperine inhibits the production of proinflammatory mediators (compounds capable of causing inflammation) that are responsible for triggering pain. It also enhances curcumin absorption in the body.

Swallow the tablet as a whole with a glass of water, preferably with meals or as directed by the physician. Do not try to break/crush/chew the tablet.
