Tendoshot Capsule is a nutritional supplement that is useful in treating bone and joint-related disorders. It is composed of Curcumin, Chondroitin sulphate, Collagen, Sodium Hyaluronate, Vitamin C, Magnesium, and Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol). These compounds help in relieving joint pain and provide strength to the bones and joints. It also reduces oxidative stress and prevents inflammation of joints. This medicine supports overall bone and joint health and improves joint mobility, and reduce inflammation. 

• Curcumin, extracted from turmeric, has potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It decreases the activity of inflammation-causing substances in the body and lowers the risk of cancer and heart diseases.
• Chondroitin sulphate protects chondrocytes, the cells that help maintain cartilage structure. It also provides long-lasting pain relief and slows down the degeneration changes of joints. It is further helpful in maintaining the elasticity and strength of the joints.
• Collagen helps regenerate cartilage (connective tissue), thereby providing strength to the bones and improving joints' flexibility.
• Sodium Hyaluronate is similar to the joints' fluid. It acts as a lubricant and prevents friction between the joints, thereby supporting the overall movement.
• Vitamin C retards the progression of osteoarthritis by inhibiting oxidative stress and thus preventing inflammation. It also builds and maintains collagen and connective tissue.
• Vitamin D3 aids calcium absorption enabling bone growth and repair. It further prevents cartilage degeneration.
• Magnesium increases bone mineral density and maintains joint and bone health.

Take medicine in the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Please do not take more than the daily recommended dosage. Swallow the tablet/capsule as a whole with a glass of water, preferably with meals or as directed by the physician. Do not try to break/crush/chew the tablet.

Use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Sometimes, you may experience common side effects like:

• Diarrhoea
• Constipation
