Taicvc Capsule belongs to the class of nutritional supplements used to prevent or treat low blood calcium levels in people who cannot get sufficient calcium from their diets. Taicvc Capsule effectively treats various conditions caused by low calcium levels in the body, such as osteoporosis, osteopenia, and osteoarthritis.

Taicvc Capsule contains Calcium Phosphate, Collagen and Vitamin D3. Calcium phosphate provides essential nutrients necessary for bone formation and maintenance. Drug-Drug Interactions: Taicvc Capsule may interact with antiepileptics (phenytoin, carbamazepine), diuretics (bendroflumethiazide, chlortalidone, and indapamide), heart medicines (digitoxin), steroids (hydrocortisone, prednisolone, dexamethasone), cholesterol-reducing drugs (Cholestyramine), antibiotics (doxycycline, minocycline), and bisphosphonates (alendronate sodium). 

Drug-Food Interactions: Taicvc Capsule may interact with sorbitol.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Taicvc Capsule should be used with caution in patients with a known hypersensitivity disorder, diabetes mellitus, epilepsy, kidney disease, liver disease, phenylketonuria, and hypercalcemia.

• Load up on oily fish, egg yolks, spinach, broccoli, salmon, and orange juice. 
• Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
• Doing weight-bearing exercises such as brisk walking, jogging, tennis, or even dance can be very useful in promoting overall bone health. However, do not over-exert yourself if you feel too tired or suffer from severely brittle bones. 
• Muscle training activities such as yoga and Pilates can also be very helpful.
• Spend time under the sun (however, with proper sunscreen) for quality intake of Vitamin D.
• Limit alcohol and caffeine consumption and stop smoking as these may have a negative effect on bone health. Smokers tend to have lower bone density than non-smokers. 

Osteoarthritis: Osteoarthritis occurs due to the breakdown of cartilage that cushions and protects the bones. The disease progresses gradually and tends to worsen if not treated. Symptoms include joint pain in the hips, lower back, knees, and hands. It is commonly seen in post-menopausal women. 

Osteoporosis: Osteoporosis is a state in which the bones become weak and brittle. It is often brought about by disease and age (menopausal osteoporosis). In osteoporosis, the activity of bone-destroying cells surpasses the activity of bone-forming cells.
