Cyanocobalamin helps in the proper functioning of the brain, nerves and the production of red blood cells. Ferrous ascorbate acts as a source of iron which helps in the transportation of oxygen throughout the body and the production of red blood cells. Folic acid is necessary for various bodily functions, such as nucleotide biosynthesis and remethylation of homocysteine. Zinc sulphate helps in the growth and development of body tissues. Together, Shefer-Z Tablet 10's helps in treating nutritional deficiencies.

Directions for Use
