Rejoice CD3 Tablet is a nutritional supplement that nourishes the body with essential vitamins and minerals. It contains Calcium carbonate, Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), Folic acid, Methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), Benfotiamine, and Zinc. It is effective in bone-related disorders. It also treats nerve pain and damage in peripheral neuropathy, diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage due to high blood sugar levels), and alcoholic neuropathy. Loaded with antioxidants, this medicine prevents cell damage caused by free radicals. 

Swallow the tablet as a whole with a glass of water, preferably with meals or as directed by the physician. Do not try to break/crush/chew it.
